Exterior Paint Colors
According to our deed restrictions, the existing exterior color of the main body and trim of a house, garage, or other improvement on a lot shall not be changed. No HIA will be required for painting activities in cases where the owner is repainting with the same color as originally used.
In the past, brand names and color numbers were used to help choose the correct paint color when repainting became necessary. To avoid possible problems with this method, the consensus of the board (meeting of 7-21-08) was that using paint sample chips would be a more accurate method.
