NOTICE TO UNIVERSITY PARK HOMEOWNERS
The schedule of our Association Board Meetings is
changing effective immediately.
Board meetings will only be held in the following
months: January, April, June, September, and October.
The meetings will continue to be held on the third
Monday of the month.
The meeting time and location remain unchanged –
7:00 p.m. at Houston Community Management
Services, 17049 El Camino Real, Suite 100,
Conference A, Houston, Texas 77058
We will continue to have the Annual Homeowners’
Meeting on the third Monday in May of each year.
We are making this change as the need to meet
has become less as our subdivision has matured
and become more organized. Also, the board is
able to address most issues via email.
